Eclipses III Series

67-layer Damascus steak knife set with a VG10 core. Handles made from four of the hardest wood species in the world. Hand-polished with organic Danish beeswax.

Ultra-limited edition — 7,000-year-old Danish oak and Japanese HAP40 steel knife

Only 80 knives have been made. Hand-built in HAP40 steel from Japan and crafted with Danish bog oak, discovered by the National Museum and dated to 7,449 years old by Moesgaard Museum. The ancient wood combined with modern steel creates a knife that feels like both past and future in one. Delivered with four certificates, including steel documentation from Proterial and our own Riceknife certificate.
